Healing Process

Don’t worry brows will appear extremely dark the 2nd & 3rd day as the pigment is oxidizing with the blood.

Your brows will start to flake and scab as you begin the healing process, be mindful NOT to pick at them.

When itchiness occurs the best way to handle is by simply patting your brows, do not scratch under any circumstances.

Depending on how fast your body heals, between day 8-14 your brows may seem as if they have completely disappeared, but this is normal as the brows are just underneath the skin, just as any tattoo or scab. You will return for your touch so we can exfoliate and reinforce and strokes that may have gotten lost during the healing process.

Daily Routine

Rinse with an alcohol-free antibacterial mouthwash. Must wash lips after each meal.

Reapply ointment with clean hands or swab if you prefer.

The use of the hustle butter/Aquaphor is merely for your comfort while healing, you can choose to dry heal if you’d like.

Do not pick on dry skin. Instead, apply ointment and light massage the lips. Allow chap lips to flake off on their own.

Avoid

Smoking, drinking alcohol, eating spicy, citrus or acidic foods.

Touching with unsanitized hands

Excessive Sweating

Direct sunlight/ UV rays

Do not use any lip balm for cold sores/fever.

Healing Process

Immediately following the procedure, lips will feel dry, chapped, tight and tender to the touch. They may appear swollen and bright in color.

Between days 4-7, lips will begin and end the majority of peeling, and color will lighten by 30%-50%.

Do not pick or rub your lips and let the peeling happen naturally. Continue keeping your lips moist.

WEEK 2

Lips should be completely done peeling, color is light. You may return to normal routines. Lips will continue to heal, up to 6 weeks. Every week more color will surface, it is important to stay hydrated and continue keeping lips moist to get the best color at the end of the healing phase.
